Wairarapa olive oil producer Olive Black has won a gold medal at the New York International Olive Competition.
This year, there were a record 1100 entries from 28 countries in the US competition.
The gold medal follows Olive Black winning Best in Show at the New Zealand Olive Oil Awards 2020, for its extra virgin olive oil.
