1 ½ cups spelt flour
 ½ cup oat flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 1 cup almond or coconut milk
 pinch of salt
 3 tbsp Olive Black
 2 tbsp coconut sugar
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ⅓ cup berries
 coconut yoghurt

First mix almond milk with apple cider vinegar (it will turn into vegan buttermilk) leave aside for at least 5 min.

Meanwhile mix spelt flour with oat flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, coconut sugar and coconut oil.

Carefully mix in almond milk.

Pour the batter into the waffle maker.

When ready serve with berries and coconut yoghurt
 TIP: This batter will be perfect for fluffy pancakes as well, if you don’t have a waffle maker.
